Your Tasks
Information Security & Compliance
- Act as Information Security Responsible (ISR) for the company
- Implement and maintain ISO 27001 compliant processes and controls
- Monitor and improve IT security policies and procedures
- Coordinate vulnerability management, security audits, and risk assessments
- Ensure compliance with internal and external security requirements
IT Infrastructure & Network
- Manage and maintain WAN, LAN, and WLAN infrastructure
- Oversee network access control and protection mechanisms
- Ensure secure connectivity between internal systems and external services
- Maintain firewall, VPN, and network monitoring solutions
Hardware & Workplace IT
- Responsible for computer hardware lifecycle management
- Procurement, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and laptops
- Ensure reliable IT workplace setup for all employees
- Provide internal technical support and troubleshooting
Cloud & Systems Administration
- Manage Microsoft 365 tenant in cooperation with an external service provider (users, policies, security, licenses)
- Maintain and optimize virtualization infrastructure (Proxmox servers)
- Ensure system backups, updates, and high availability
Business Applications
- IT support of the ERP system
- Ensure stable operation and integration with other internal systems
- Support departments in improving workflows and digital processes
License & Software Management
- Manage software licenses and subscriptions
- Maintain license compliance and cost efficiency
- Track usage and optimize software deployment
